Nutritions

For those who love to eat pasta but wheat and gluten sensitive or want to keep fit, this is perfect replacement of wheat pasta. Made of 100% organic millet and brown rice which are easily digestible, and contains variety fiber and minerals. It is kosher, ideal for vegetarians, vegans, celiacs.


To Prepare

In a medium to large pot, bring water to a rolling boil.

Cook the ramen or noodles in bolied water for 2 minutes, use a fork to carefully separate and stir to loosen.

Continue to cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until they begin to soften.

Drain the noodles in a colander under cold running water and rinse well.

You can re-heat by adding them to your main ingredients, soup or sauce.
